The same range applies to men and women — BMI uses only height and weight.

Ranges are the weights that give a BMI of 18.5 (low) to 24.9 (high) at each height.

Does age or sex change it?

The BMI-based range is the same for both sexes. Older adults (65+) may be healthiest at the slightly higher end, and very muscular people can sit above the range with low body fat. For a deeper look see what is a healthy BMI and the full BMI chart.
